Running Lean, Rough Idle

So recenly, about a month ago, I got a turbo system installed on my S and was tunned by Jeff at Evans Tuning. Its an AP2 and I'm running K-Pro. Well about a week ago the car started to idle real rough and it almost sound like there was tapping coming from the engine bay, ALSO when acclerating the car spudders.. This only happens when the car and the oil is fully warmed up. ANy Ideas of what the problem could be. I definately know the car is running lean, but why is this happening all of sudden out of no where and only weeks since my last tune

Found out what the issue was.. A fouled spark plug in cylinder 1. Everything else came out fine compression good in all 4 cylinders

Did you determine how your one plug fouled? Thats a rather strange situation on a well tuned car out of no where. Typically this happens from a bad coil, running extremely rich and or oil contamination from a mechanical failure of sorts. Something happened...
