ScienceofSpeed AEM Infinity Based Engine Management & Traction Control
Please drop us an e-mail to info@ScienceofSpeed.com - we recently updated the instructions, and it includes how to configure a multi-position switch to vary traction control thresholds based on switch position.
I have this on my 2005 S2000 and it works great. I haven't messed with any of the settings other than turning the traction control on or off though. Also recently got the AEM 12 position trim switch from SOS but there were no instructions on how to wire it in or set it up in the Infinity, so it might be a while before that is set up.
I wired in the SOS speed pulse converter and set it up according to their instructions that they send with it. For the AEM 12 position trim knobs, I still haven't taken the time to get these installed. It looks like all you need for each knob is +5v, ground, and a signal wire to an input at the Infinity, but then you have to figure out the settings, which is where I'm really unsure. The only instructions SOS has sent for the trim knobs is this: https://www.aemelectronics.com/files...Trim%20Pot.pdf
1 Red (Supply Voltage 5Vdc +/- .5), 1 Black (Ground), 1 White (Output)
When you go into infinity tuner, go to "wizard" and then "input function assignments" From there under analog input 0-5 tab you will see "modeswitch input setup" and "Traction control sliptarget trim" There are your two options for the trim pot switches. If you are using one for boost and traction control, the you would use both. From there click on either one. For mode switch you will select "modeswitch" as the input and for the traction control you will need to select an analog input. From there you just need to wire it to whichever analog pin you selected.
You can get fancy with it and wire it into the stock cable reel. There is a spare unused pin that would allow for enough pins to use two trim pots. If you use two cruise control housings you can put boost and traction control on the wheel
