TPS % datalogged

TPS % datalogged
I was messing around with my newly installed emanage ultimate yesterday, got it ONLINE with the computer and pulled up the previous owners map.
Keep in mind that this emanage ultimate and the long boomslang harness were previously in an ap2, i have ap1. I have yet to rewire the harness for ap1 because I'm having trouble finding the correct wires to splice
Anyways, I was doing a datalog with the car off and ign set to ON. I set it for TPS %.
No activity would show up as I pressed the pedal until it was about 1/2 way to the floor, then it started at 0 and went to 100 with the pedal all the way to the floor.
Do I have to do some kind of TPS % scaling? or is it just because its not wired right?
