Yes it works just fine with windows 7. follow the instructions for installation carefully, you should not have a problem. I use windows 7 64 bit and i do not have issues.

 

Try this. Mase is right it should be compatible with windows 7. First uninstall it, then reinstall by right clicking on the installer and pick launch as administrator. If that still doesn't work right click on the exe file. Click properties. Click the compatibility tab. Change it to windows xp 32 bit. Launch it and I hope that works for you. I could probably help you further if you give us the error message.
