Rick, Let me know. I don't think a 508 will work but a 506 is what I have. I would be interested as a back-up if can get mine fixed. I'm delayed in working on my car because of some hand surgery. Right now, it looks like I'm sending it out for repair. If that works, I would be interested. Not a big hurry on my part. Thanks. Keep in touch on this forum.

Consider Maxxecu as well, plug and play with an adapter harness.

Thanks andomort. I found a new (might be the last one in the universe) AEM ECU. I have the car running well using the S2000 base map supplied with the AEM. I am not a tuner but am taking a course on tuning and using this car as a learning tool.
Thanks to everyone for your help. I also learned a lot from another thread I started on the normal current draw for the S2000 when the key is turned to the "on" position. With nothing else on (lights, radio etc) the current draw is 6 amps which seemed excessive and members here agreed.. However the 6 amps was verified by other S2000 owners. This current draw is thru the alternator circuits.
I'm sure I'll have other questions and be posting questions as the build continues on this engine swap. Thanks again.
