[QUOTE]
If you are ready to transform your S2000, the Comptech After-cooled Supercharger kit is a great start. This supercharger kit utilizes the benefits of a centrifugal supercharger, and is designed to match the factory power characteristics of the high revving Honda 2.2L power plant. The Comptech after-cooled Supercharger kit will add more power to your S2000 at the higher RPM's, keeping the car drivable in traffic & day-to-day driving; but throttle the engine to redline & you'll feel the burst of acceleration from the additional 100-105 horsepower at the rear wheels.

This simple bolt on kit utilizes a very efficient gear driven centrifugal supercharger. Included in the kit is everything you'll need to transform your S2000 into a Boxster killer, with 355 horsepower at the crank. The kit is CARB legal and includes the blower unit, after-cooler, after-cooler radiator, water pump, all mounting brackets, computer system upgrades (including the new Comptech ACM Unit, and Hondata ECU Re-Flash), air box, all hoses, and a new drive belt. Cooler housing is designed with popular blow-off valve bolt pattern on by-pass valve outlet, for those who want to run higher than standard boost levels. Note: Warranty is void w/ higher than standard boost level, and electronics will need to be replaced with a programmable ECU.

This kit is designed so that it can be removed without any modifications to the factory components.

A good point is that you save money, time, and hassle from getting re-tuned over and over again.

Cool.

I'm sure after awhile and maybe after some group buys and competition from JR and Greddy that the prices will go down a bit. It's going to be interesting to see what will happen in the comming year.

My eye really is on the Greddy (for easier upping of the boost and power curve) even though I'm sure it will produce the lowest HP.

This kit however seems like a very solid bolt on and go kit, good job Comptech.

It doesn't matter if you are SC or turbo, if the car is tuned right the first time, you will not require a retune unless you change something.

Boxsters are weak anyways! Their resale value is almost as bad as domestic cars. So 355 at the crank means about 285 at the wheels since you loose about 20% through the drivetrain. $6500 for about 100 rwhp. About $65 a hp. BUT being carb legal is a HUGE Plus!
