the vortech S/C is not 50 state smog legal? is there an forced induction the smog legal of an 2007 s2000?

I am pretty sure the CT Engineering kit (base, low boost) is CARB rated...which means that the SOS base kit would be too? Not sure...but my mounting plate for my ctsc has a carb stamp on the front.
