Well after sometime i finally got down to Evans tuning and had Jeff tune my aem ems . The setup is very simple and basic . Parts consist of injector dynamics 725cc injectors ,sos 3 bar map sensor , and an asp 4 inch pulley on an otherwise stock vortech v2 s/c. All else is bone stock down to the catalytic converter ! I was blown away on how good Jeff Evans was at tuning the ems ! The car runs fantastic ! I would like to thank Sideways for his input on all my Questions and Jeff at Evans tuning !
Congrats, great numbers Joe, I am waitng for my new pulley to come in, hopefully I'll be up there as well. If you open up that exhaust a little bit you'll be right up there with Dereck...
Looks like alot of power congrats on stock cat nice. Now I have seen some people like leo make 380 whp on 3 psi less boost. This is done on the same dyno and same tuner so the question is is the major power difference do to the cat, v3 vs v2 sc, or the ap1 vs ap2? I ask because I have a 9 psi pulley and want to get as close to 4's as possible with evans tuning it an alcohol injection. I wonder if I am dreaming or not. Anyways looks like a nice tune have fun with it.
Well myself and Jeff think with a good cool down i would have hit 400whp+ . We didnt give the car more than 5 min between runs . S2000isu , i think the cat and the v3 s/c will make a difference and more displacement never hurts ! As far as exhaust goes .... i just dont know. Thats a hot topic in the supercharged world . The car is MUCH quicker than it was before at 317 whp and 191 lbft of torque . For now im happy with it , but in the future i will be messing around with it some more !
