Well myself and Jeff think with a good cool down i would have hit 400whp+ . We didnt give the car more than 5 min between runs . S2000isu , i think the cat and the v3 s/c will make a difference and more displacement never hurts ! As far as exhaust goes .... i just dont know. Thats a hot topic in the supercharged world . The car is MUCH quicker than it was before at 317 whp and 191 lbft of torque . For now im happy with it , but in the future i will be messing around with it some more !
yeah that thread about how stock gives more whp than say a single 70mm right?
Well that was why you lost some boost pressure . I dont think the factory exhaust is a restriction at those power levels . The cat will choke power but not as much as many people think ! A 3.8 inch pulley is around 10 psi on an ap2 though .

what about 12 psi? what pulley should i use then?
lots of people using 3.8 and they have 12 psi..
You can order a smaller pulley. I have ordered pulleys in the following sizes from various manufacturers and you can too: 3.2, 3.3, 3.5, 3.55, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 4.0, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, and 4.5 inches. The digital lathes and machines the manufacturers work with just spit them out.
Machined finish Reichard Racing 3.6 inch pulley.
Factory black pulley on the left, 3.7 inch ASP clear finish on the right.
I suggest the Reichard Racing pulley in the 3.6 inch configuration. They have it in stock as of last week. You may need to limit your redline but it will bring up the low and middle range noticeably with the top end being scarry.
If 3.6 is too small for your desires or maybe fuel system, then try a 3.7 inch. ASP in Texas makes a nice pulley quickly.
These pulleys are not on the web sites. At Reichard there is no production currently and only stock on hand is available. This may change in the months ahead.
Call your choice of manufacturer and tell them you want a pulley for Vortech supercharger, 6 ribs, 3.7 inches or any size.
Service is prompt and the prices are reasonable. About $105 with ASP and about $160 with Reichard Racing shipped.
