Pull the trigger on 12psi, injectors, and EMS. You'll be happy you did. If you really want 10psi I have an extra pulley & belt if interested.

^ Remember, the OP has a Vortech. Those pulley sizes you mentioned will make way way more than 12 or 14psi.

Boom Chicka wah wah....haha I just order rc750 injectors, 12psi seems to be the consensus. Is going from 10psi to 12psi a huge noticeable difference? I wanna go 12psi but not knowing any well known tuners in Northeast Ohio is making me nervous without the headgasket... But seems like everyone is running awesome over 10psi without it.

Now I need a map sensor...GM or AEM Map Sensor? I also need to get plugs thinking about NGK 7173? Other than that I should be ready to go right?

I'm running 3.5" pulley on my comptech, it gives about 10.5 psi at 9200.

A couple more psi would be nice but its running 100% now so I'll leave it alone, plus the tuner only comes to the UK about 2-3 times a year.

Actually, the stock MAP sensor is good up to 10.94psi per EMS. I ran 10.5psi on the stock map sensor with no problems.
