Was wondering if anyone is running 14lbs of boost on stock fuel system with stock compression.


Planning on going 14lbs with stock fuel system, if it's not enough I was going to purchase the Kenne Bell Boost A Pump since I have a DBW and don't have a return fuel line.

I can tell you by experience that it wont work.
Install a walbro and your good with the ID1000.

 

It will work.
Guy has a 2008 according to info.

 

Whats wrong with fitting a Walbro its an easy fit?

 

Is it me, or did I misread the Title. Stock fuel system, on 14lbs of boost...Am I the only one that thought, literally, STOCK fuel system? injectors, pump ect ect?

I thought the same till i read that he has id1000s. So i suggested a walbro also.
