Get a flex fuel sensor so you can run both 91octane and e85.

Go with the id2000cc injectors. 1000cc injectors are only good to under 500whp with e85.

Go with the Walbro e85 400/450 fuel pump.

I always recommend a full 3 inch single exhaust with no cat over a dual exhaust.

Can't give you accurate advice without you telling us what your goals / intentions are with the car. I see you said it's gonna be a weekend warrior, so uncommon gas choices are a possibility, but I don't know what kind of fuel system is enough, and what type of fuel is most practical for your application without knowing how much power you are wanting to extract. With a TS pfab and GT3582, I'm guessing between 500-600.

Race fuel and ID1000 will net you 600+whp.

I had the Pfab twin scroll manifold and GT35R with 1.02 ar. It made 600hp on 91 octane at 1.5 bar of boost.
I used 2200ID's.

Brace the manifold to the engine where ever you can, it's going to brake due to vibrations.
The connection of the dumptubes is a location of concern since the weight of the wastegates and tubes are hanging on them.
I'd not make screamerpipes of them but redirect back into the exhaust, just for stability.

i wanna do atleast 500whp just a weekend warrior. is that achievable & stable w/ id1000 on a race gas or pump 91? im not sure if e85 with id2000 is going to be worth it and if it's a better choice. i've read about the corrosion issue. (is that true?).

im on a mindset that "do it good/right on the first time" so all the parts that im not sure about are on hold. thats why im asking for feedbacks/recommendations for those who have/ had experienced on hand, "if you are gonna do it again" which one/which not?

ID1000s are good to more than 500whp on e85 if you get a fuel pump that can run at higher pressure, for example if you ran an in tank 400lph and inline Bosch 044 and run a base pressure of say 55psi and have a nice rising regulator it will effectively make your ID1000s more like 1400-1500cc injectors and they are made to do it. I've seen a lot of guys doing that lately, I evenhave 2 friends that have that setup now at over 700whp on e85.
With that being said Ive ran id2000s and I have id1000s in 2 of my cars now and they are both awesome injectors so you really can't go wrong with either IMO.

Have you maybe looked into water meth as well? Just an option if you dont want to be limited on filling up with e85 at certain stations and water meth is cheap to mix

cool. "i'm now considering water/methanol injection as an option1: for id1000/255 walbro fp on pump 91 or race gas.". will research it more..
option 2. id2000,400/500 walbro fp on e85.

please feel free to give recommendations/advice. i'm all reading and researching about it. thanks...
