Default 2008 SOS SC'ed S2000

Guys I wanted to share my S2000 build with the FI group. I jumped in on the first SOS Group Buy and all I can say is SOS is a great company and has been very helpful throughout my build!!! If anyone is considering a supercharger setup then think of SOS. (No I wasn't asked or payed to say that). I bought the kit and supporting mods and installed them throughout the winter. I started with NA bolt ons and moved on to maxing out the 1200 blower.

My best N/A was 221 WHP and ?WTQ and my mods were:
K&N intake, AUT Cooling plate, T1R 63mm TP, T1R 70mm EM Dual Exhaust and, T1R Pulleys

Well I picked up my S2000 from Evan's Tuning today and the final dyno numbers were:

93 octane = 360 WHP and 230 WTQ @ 7.5 PSI
104 octane = 520 WHP and 330 WTQ @ 17.5 PSI

With a list mods being:
Stock 12K mile F22 Motor and Transmission
SOS novi 1200 blower with larger heat exhanger
Hondata FlashPro
PuddyMod stage 4 diff
ACT Clutch & Flywheel
InlinePro Return Fuel Kit
340 LPH Fuel Pump
SOS 70mm Throttle Body
ID1000 injectors
SOS 4 Bar Map Sensor
Berk Header
Berk 70MM HFC
T1R 70mm Dual Exhaust
SOS Dual Gauge Pod
AEM A/F Gauge
AEM Boost Gauge

We believe I am having some boost loss because the 7.5psi was made on a 4.2" pulley which is said to be 10psi and the 17.5psi was made on a 3.0" pulley which should be 19psi. Also we were seeing IAT in the 190 degrees while street tuning partial throttle with the 3" pulley.(without the BOV venting to atmosphere)

I will post up a dyno graph when I get home.

U should lose some boost with the aftercooler. But i am amazed that you made 360whp with only 7.5lbs. that is very good.

THose numbers are looking good. And that should sum up alot of questions about running alot of boost on stock motors. CONGRATS!

Wow @ those numbers! congrats! It must be the efficiency from all of the bolt-ons helping with the "breathing."

I was worried I wuldn't when he said the 4.2" pulley only made 7.5psi. I thought great only going to build 14-15 on 3.0 pulley.

Definitely check for leaks, Im running same kit as you with a test pipe & made 8psi @ 8300rpm on the 4.4" pulley.

Congrats on the #'s too, when I was getting tuned at Evans a few weeks ago he mentioned another customer with the SOS kit who was shooting for 500whp, guess that was you lol

Amazing numbers, thank you so much for sharing! You give me good inspiration as I have a similar car (09 s2000 with stock motor and roughly 11k miles).

How does the car feel driving around with 520hp on tap? Did you upgrade your wheel/tire/suspension to grip better for that much power?

So do you have to switch the tune program for each type of gas or does the ECU recognize what you are running?

I can't wait to see your chart and get some streetability impressions! Awesome stuff
