Default 365Racing.net Boosted S2k Project

Just wanted to share a little write up that 365Racing.net did on my Car. Andy from 365Racing was the one who built it and He's the man!!!! I would have never gone turbo if it wasn't for him. I've had my build on here before, but I was just sharing again. I've learned all my S2000 stuff on here, and i think i've been a member here since 2002 before i could even drive yet. I love s2ki.com!!

Great built. Is that a pfab eltm? If you don't mind. How was the windshield washer mounted? One last thing, how did you guys fix the aem fpr?

Yes! Pfab ELT top mount manifold. We ended up buying a small universal windshield washer fluid tank and it was mounted in the trunk by the battery. And we replaced the AEM FPR with the full blown one. The full blown FPR is a much better unit.

Thanks. Which one did you buy?

I'm experiencing leaning up top also on my set up and I'm thinking it could be my aem fpr.I can smell fuel on harder throttle. But on my log I'm getting lean up top even with my fuel map super richen up. I may have to changes mine too than.

Very interesting. I eventually want to upgrade to the Pfab twin scroll manifold. It's a similar design and shape save for the flange and the wastegates.

I'm curious as to how everything would fit though. Space is a constant issue on these cars...

The shop that dynoed my car ordered it for me, but it cost me $400 for it. It's definitely not cheap, but worth the upgrade with the leaky AEM FPR.

And Chance!! Yes. Room is an issue with the manifolds. but we have tons of space for everything else!

Looks good! I had the same problem with the Aem regulator. Did you just run stock valves? I'm about to replace my head gasket, I ordered full blown head studs and already have bc dual springs in the head now. Wondering if I should keep stock valves or get some ferrea valves.

Stock valves. Good springs and retainers are what you will need.
