Yeah, it's a piece of crap. It reads accuratley and is cheap, so it must be junk

What engine management are you using? Did you tell it that you switched map sensors? Did you wire it correctly?

Here is the wiring...

GM Honda
A GRN/WHT Sensor Ground
B GRN/RED Sensor Signal
C YEL/RED Sensor +5V Power

Not sure how to change it in the E-manage, but there has to be a way to do it. The reason is both the Honda and the GM sensors are 5v sensors. The differance is in the voltage. On the Honda 0v equals vacuum and 5v equals 10.xx psi where the gm 0v is vacuum and 5v is 30.xx psi. I did a quick google search and it looks like you need to make a harness and select the greddy pressure sensor. Take your time and look on the net and maybe you can find the pinout and parts needed for the sensor. Otherwise you're stuck with getting the Greddy unit.

I was talking to a friend of mine that has been into turbos for about 15 years now and is also an engineer just as myself. I mentioned that I was going to get the GM 3 bar map sensor so I can run more boost and he said that I shouldn't waste my time or money. Said that he has used them and had nothing but problems with them and it's a design from the mid 80's. There are a lot better one's out there than the GM. I'll just go with the AEM 3.5 bar since the AEM EMS is what I'm running.

I am using a GM3 bar.
My friend with a 8 secs drag and a 9 secs street skylines use them.

We have no problem so far.
It might be junk but it works well with aem and motec.
