Post 3mm Headgasket and UR kit DYNO :D

So if anyones been reading the million install questions I've been asking this week, I managed to get it to the dyno tonight after installing the 3mm HG.

Engine:
04 F22 all stock internals
3mm InlinePro HG
ARP headstuds
Fidanza 8.5lbs aluminum flywheel
ACT HD PP & 6 Puck
J's 70RR

Turbo Kit:
Ultimate racing turbo kit
Custom turbonetics t3/t4 .82 exhaust .63 compressor
AEM EMS 1052
AEM boost controller
AEM UEGO
AEM Data stream
SOS 3Bar map
ID1000CC injectors

93 Octane @ 25psi

478whp 337tq

We were hoping to break 500whp but we met the limits of the 7psi wastegate spring

Uploading Dyno pull and in car videos right now they should be up by tmw!

Well, you got close to 500WHP @ 25PSI that manifold must be glowing during every pull

Are you smiling yet?

Very nice man!

What was causing issues with the 7 psi spring? Going past 3 times its rate? What was it doing to let you know it was the spring that was the issue?

Well its really the only thing we could think of? The boost wouldn't hold above 25psi with the aem boost controller. What else could be the cause?

Are you using a seperate AEM boost controller or the one built into the AEM? The one in the AEM is best. This way you can set boost by speed and not be blowing off tires in lower gears. This way you can also change your boost controller duty cycle to help the boost hold better if it starts to fall off at the top.

^ I'm using the AEM boost solenoid connected directly to the ECU. I dont know a whole lot about the tuning aspect but my tuner has done at least 30 boosted s2ks and tunes for a living so Im sure he set it up properly...

Car seemed to handle the boost no problem... No glowing or overheating whatsoever

I was really hoping to break 500whp but the car feels like a rocketship even with 20whp less
