400+HP Greddy Turbo Attempt
I'm new to the s2k scene. Previously owned a evo before i decided to buy an 05 s2k. So far, i love it. This is by far one of the best cars I've driven in. Well when i bought the car in February this is what it came with
Stock Block
Stock Tranny
T518Z Turbo
Type 28 Intercooler
Greddy Cast Manifold
Emanage Ultimate
550cc Injectors
Test Pipe
Fuel Pump
Oil Relocation
Tein Monoflex Coilovers
EDFC Controller
Volk Wheels
OEM Lip
OEM Side skirts
OEM Spoiler
Greddy Oil and Boost Gauge
It ran great other than the CEL was on and the manifold cracked a few days after i purchased it. So since then I've been working toward fixing all the small issues to get it running perfectly again.
test pipe - berk high flow cat
Greddy cast manifold - PFAB Log manifold
Still i could not get a tuner to tune the emanage to get the CEL rich code to go away so after talking with speed image here in denver I've decided to replace the Emanage and a few other things and tune it on the AEM EMS and hopefully attempt to the the first or if not the first few people to achieve 400HP on the greddy turbo.
The car was putting out 301hp on 7lbs on a dynamite dynometer at racing trenz (so i was told) before i made any modifications to it.
I'm hoping with the AEM setup, a tune, a new boost solenoid and 10psi i could achieve somewhere around 350hp on a dynojet.
Then later on in the year i would like to run E85, new injectors and any other necessary mods needed to hopefully tap into the 400 range without swaping out the turbo.
Ill post dyno sheets soon. Hopefully i can achieve 350 in the next week or two.

greddy turbo is out of breath above 11-12 psi. there is no way on gods green earth with a greddy mani and greddy turbo you are gonna hit 400whp dynojet even with meth, e85, race gas, whatever. turbo cant physically flow enough air to do it. also, 550 injectors will not do 400whp. not enough fuel.
now swap the turbo and mani, and injectors, leave everything else in there then sure you'll hit it.

422whp 261tq at 13psi on a 100 degree day with super high humidity. Thats the only way to use any of the greddy kit and make 400whp
greddy kit wouldn't do it on its best day, no where close
