Default 400 Whp with Comptech?

Can it be done?
Can we achieve 400 wheel horsepower with a Comptech supercharger package?
Obviously, we'll need bigger injectors, some kind of EMS, and probably other accessories. But can the supercharger itself provide that kind of power reliably?
And, can it be done without sacrificing the ability to pass emissions (even in CA)?
And... can it be done reliably, to be used as a daily driver?

Thanks.

You won't pass smog with EMS, bigger injectors, other accessories.

400 rwhp appears to be at the limit for the Comptech Supercharger.

In a word, no.
You'd need an AEM EMS to make that much power and still pass emissions. The EMS is a stand alone ecu which would not make you OBDII compliant so you wouldn't pass emissions. 350whp with an Emanage and injectors has been done. Emanage is a piggyback ecu so you'd still be OBDII compliant and you should get through emissions with a little finesse.

GL!

U can use the Emanange since it has been proven to be successful with over 500whp

Whats the difference between Emanage, and Ultimate Emanage?
Can I use either with the Comptech unit?

And you say I can pass smog tests, but with less than 400 whp?

What kind of numbers can I achieve, reliably, with a Comptech?

The limit is a wee bit higher, but only data would support that notion

If you want that much, you might as well go with a turbo.

Hijack Alert!
Don't mention turbos, that's not what my question was.
Talking about the Vortec is not quite relevant either. Let's stay on topic here people.

I'm asking about the Comptech unit, nothing more.
What kind of Wheel Horse Power numbers can a Comptech unit achieve...
Reliably?

Can someone respond who has had the Comptech unit on their S, for many many miles (mention mileage on SC), and also mention your SC mods?

Thanks
