44 mph reporting back from ECU

44 mph reporting back from ECU
Help - Driving me crazy.
Car setup.
2003 AP1 with Greddy Turbo / emanage ultimate piggyback.
I cannot get reading past 44 mph from the ODB connector. The Honda ECU reports only 0 - 44 mph. If I plugged in the Greddy emanage , it reports the whole range.
What am I missing here ? At first I thought the soft top mod is causing the issue here but I put the VSS wire back in to the soft top module and still no success.
Changed different programs and ODB hardware too. Works with other vehicles.
Any help will be appreciated.
