In the first post, this is stated in the second link:

"Laskey Racinging short block, being assembled now, so should be a week

Port flowed and supertech head is now complete and ready to ship with short block to mase"

How is that a 100% stock f20c?
yes if you had read the post you will see that the engine i had built is not in yet and we are testing the custom set up for the stock f20 for the uk market

the built block and head will be in son once mase is happy with all

question isn't how it runs, or rather how long it'll last..

with FI, you are running on borrowed time.. just how much time is dependent on your setup
i wouldnt agree w/ that.

this car has over 100 pulls ALL of them are over 350 whp. Half or more are 450whp or more.

If there was a chance it would fail, especially due to the tuning, it would have failed already.

the car made 450whp w/ rather small exhaust (t1r 70mm) and the gt30 (which is what the regular kit will have).

The gt35r w/ open down pipe (the downpipe is only 2.5 inches which is small) it made 518 whp on 93 octane.

There will be plenty of people who are going to disagree/hate/doubt. I did my homework on this, and with the help of dwight (stage 6 motorsports) we were able to raise the bar.

Regards,
Mase

Mase, SICK SH*T MAN! Can't wait for you to get ahold of my engine! I just got the last of the shipments. I am still missing 2-3 parts, which I am working on getting cleared up now. It should hopefully be installed and running on the base tune by the end of the month. How is your schedule looking? Hit me up.

Damn thats crazy.

How is it possible that Mase is able to put out an additional 200 rwhp more than what a f20c normally puts out under max boost with stock engine components?
Because he is Mase. He is putting down 200 rwhp more than what a f20c normally puts out under max boost with stock engine components THAT IS TUNED BY YOUR AVERAGE TUNER. You forgot the BOLD part. Its all in the tune.

mase - How much timing are you pulling, and across what part of the powerband? That power curve is SEXY SMOOTH too!

John

Stock compression, race gas, turbo kit, tuner are all fairly large factors (obviously)
