yes 2.0 motor unopened, open downpipe, he intends on making an exhaust asap, and I will be getting one from the same guy as well

my fuel pressure i believe is at %55. duty cycle is %100.
yes that's why we lower the boost from 15psi to 13psi. duty cycle is still high though. thinks it's aroung the %90's. I'm waiting on some Deatcshwerks 1300cc injectors. hopefully those injectors will be good for 550hp at 16psi. do you think fuel pressure at 55psi is low?
Base pressure was set to 75 psi. At 75 psi ID 1000's flow approximately 1300 cc/min, or about 30% more flow compared to stock base fuel pressure (43 psi). In general e85 takes about 30-40% additional fuel flow depending on the % gas content (some stations have e70 or as high as e90). I typically see about 600 whp on ID 1000cc's/single 255 or 340 lph pump on race gas around 90% IDC. Mathematically the increase in base fuel pressure just offset the 30% increase in fuel flow through the injectors with e85.
I have at least 20-30 s2000s running around in the 600 whp power range on 100% longblocks that have never been opened up. Headstuds are a good idea if you have the engine apart, but stock they are extremely strong. I do not have issues lifting the head, blowing gaskets, etc at all.
In general you dont want to run any injectors over 90% IDC long term. I like to leave some available fuel for IAT comp table to make adjustments in the colder air.
