Ap1 Darton sleeved block!
Thanks
The whp to expect from the Precision 6266 GEN 2 turbo is between 500-550whp @ 14-16psi & 800-850whp on 35psi.

Now, with the 1500cc Injectors & (1) Walbro 450 pump you will be maxed out your fuel system around mid 600's whp.

That is base on what we have done in our Mustang Dyno.

Our K20 (2.0 liter) Lotus Elise we made 539whp @ 15psi on E85 with the same 6266 GEN 2 T3 .82 A/R on 1200cc Injectors.

The 6266 will, without a doubt, make 750-800whp. It will depend solely on your manifold/exhaust though (backpressure stuff). The .82 housing has made stupid power across all different platforms whether it be S2000, B series, Evos, etc.

Max being an evo built running the gen 2 6266 making 838whp @ 38psi
Lol. My evo makes 550hp at 31 psi on a 6466. There's no way it makes 838 hp on 38psi LOL. if it's not trapping 150-160 it's not even close. That's why dyno numbers are all BS.

Sounds like somethings not right with your Evo.

550 out of a 6466 sounds low. You still 2.0 or stroked? Friend of mine just made over 800 with the same turbo but he's on e85 and a 2.4.

most definitely. AT 31 psi, I think you'd be seeing low to mid 700hp numbers.
