Just speaking about my own personal experience trying to sell one of my cars. My expectation and I think the buyer's expectation is you're never going to get what you put into it. Modifying these cars is truly a labor of love in my opinion. These are Hondas not Ferraris, they don't really appreciate in value contrary to what some NSX owners think asking 50k with a car that will never sell at that price. That said you know what you have put into it, and only you know what number will make you happy at the end of the day. If you want to send me a PM let's take this offline. I only have one car I can compare it to and I'll share the link in the pm.

Cheers

ummm....apparently you’re not good at researching. MANY S2000’s and NSX’s have sold at greater than $50k. Maybe you should focus on turbo research...

LOL, Oh ya, I bet there is a huge demand for $50-$100K 20 year old hondas. Why don't you go buy one, there is literally dozens of these ads on various outlets with delusional sellers hoping to find a delusional buyer like yourself.

This is a turbo discussion, so move on elsewhere or contribute to the discussion in a meaningful manner. Shame this forum does not have a block button.

The B engines can't hold anything over 7 psi on stock sleeves and a factory head ??? Dude ... seriously that is utterly pathetic ! Who in the hell is tuning these B engines ??? Those engines can easily do 15 psi completely stock . The F engines can do more as they are forged from the factory . I would say stay away from the guy or gal blowing the B series engines at 7 psi . They would blow the F pretty quickly after the B . My God .......

Maybe you should read what I wrote before spouting off your nonsense.

Honestly I dont know where you got 7psi from to be honest. I had a turbo b16 back in the day running 19psi and I beat the snot out of it. That car only saw full throttle. It was a 100% stock block. Was making 386 at the wheels. Not to mention I got the block for $150. lol

From 20+ years of data, not a one off. Like I said a lot of factors come into play, 7psi on stock bottom end is general knowledge. This is the difference between people who build motors and guys who throw a turbo on a stock block than wonder why the motor didn't last.

Who said my motor blew up? A healthy b series motor can handle over 350 at the wheels for a good while. if you put a power figure instead of 7 psi your argument would hold more weight. 7psi on a 14b is not the same as 7 psi on a 6466. I am done with this conversation.

Back on topic please.
