They Gary should 76mm (3") be big enough for 350whp? Should I be using a 3" downpipe too? These were my original plans.

I would definitely go with at least a 3" turbo-back. With turbos, you don't want a restriction that close to the turbo exhaust outlet. Have the least amount of bend, resonators, etc, that your ears are willing to tolerate. It's a good thing that the turbo itself acts as a sound muffler.

Make sure the cat has sufficient flow. You'd want to get at the most a 200 cel cat. If you can only get a 400 cel hi-flow, it should be larger than 3". Your best bet is to go with a test pipe.

Darn it...doesn't look like I'll be getting this exhaust after all. Bulletproof Automotive is telling me that the exhaust piping is 60mm.

I just installed the Amuse R1 and I have a Vortech SC. In the next 2 weeks I will be getting my car dynoed and I will know if it made any power. Several other SC'ed cars that I hang with also have the Amuse and if your anywhere near Crystal Cove Ca on a Saturday morning come check them out.

Not trying to jack thread, but my question is about custom piping. Getting a HKS carbon Ti (turbo version) soon, and I'm worried about how I would get custom piping for it. Is the inlet pipe titanium? can steel be welded on titanium? i know shit about welding.

I've also been thinking about this issue for sometime and am still a little confused.

Currently I have a CTSC w/ an Top Secret exhaust, but am upgrading to 10 lbs of boost in Dec. and hoping for about 350-375 at the wheel. My question is do I need to change the TS exhaust system for better performance? I have been thinking about changing the TS out recently due to the loudness and wanted to go dual for appearance. Should I sell the TS and get a dual 3" custom system made or will other dual system work such as Spugen or T1R?

Any input would be helpful. I really want this issue resolved soon so I can have the car tuned with a new exhaust system if needed during the 10lbs upgrade, rather than installing it after the tune.
