Default adding more boost with CT SC and need some input

I am currently running a ct sc at stock boost and I am looking to get some more power out. I am looking to get 365 -380 RWHP. My question is what would I need get this? I just bought an AEM EMS and I have a SOS clutch, comptech exhaust, test pipe, and larger front mount heat exchanger. my questions are

what size injectors should I get?
What size or PSI pulley should I get and from where?
Do I need a new map sensor?
should I keep the comptech FMU or put the stock FPR on or buy a new one?
head gasket?

A 3.2"/11psi-ap2, ap1-12psi Sos pulley will get you that hp. You may consider the smaller 3" to maximize your blower output. Might as well.

650cc injectors would be the minimum sufficient. ID725-1000cc are a good choice.

Yes you will need a MAP sensor, SOS also provides a good one. You can order that along with your pulley.

No you do not need a head gasket. We have all proven that over and over at these boost levels, even if some companies are behind the curve and recommended them. A stock motor uncracked is the most reliable. Many people with aftermarket head gaskets experience failures with them, and you simply don't need to lower compression with your set up, its tame.

Stock fpr is good, use this. Sell or keep the ct fpr if you ever want to return to stock boost with stock injectors for emissions testing or whatever.

thanks, CT doesn't a 3.2 pulley though (it says it is unavailable) Should I just buy the 3.0 from them or try to find a 3.2 else where?

Go through SOS (Science of speed) for the pulley, and map sensor.

Should i just get the 12PSI (3.0) pulley then?

I also just wanted to make sure that the map sensor is absolutely necessary. I don't mind paying for it if I have to but I am willing to bet with my set up that a 11 or 12 PSI pulley wont make over 10 PSI of actually boost. With my AC and larger heat exchanger I am maybe making 4.5 - 5lbs with the 6PSI pulley and that is at 9K.

your input is greatly appreciated.

You will need it, there is some inconstancies with the boost chart/pulley size. With my A/C set up Novi 1000, same as yours, I see 13psi at 9k with a 3.2" SOS pulley. If you have an ap2/8k rev you will make 1psi less. With a 3" Pulley you could touch 15psi at 9k. This is based on Sea level. If you are higher elevation you will see less boost.

should I get the 3.4in pulley then? It seems like the 3.2 is the best but they don't have it anymore

I have a SOS 3.2" pulley and belt for you if you want it. Had it on my SC'd AP1 for a couple thousand miles before I sold it. Gonna send you a PM.

SOS doesnt have a 3.2" in stock anymore for the NV1000?

To clarify, what rpm will you be revving to? And you have the comptech A/C (water to air after cooler) with larger heat exchanger right? Or are you running an fmic?
