Default Advice on budget Turbo setup

Hey guys just wanted some advice from some of you turbo guys. Im running a Comptech SC set up right now sitting at 405whp 240tq. Kinda bored of the SC setup so I have been toying with the idea of a budget turbo build over the winter and wanted to get some advice on this set up. Im looking for quick spool and good strong power band. Also would rather not have to move the fuse box, batt,or oil filter..

This is what i been thinking,

PLM twin scroll manifold/down pipe I want a forward facing mani since i dont want to move the oil filter and for the price this is the best i could find so far..

Garrett GT3076R or the Garrett GT3582R ( this is where i get lost on what AR and size i should get

Twin Tial MV-S wastgates

Tial BOV

Not sure what brand intercooler/piping to go with

Im running ID725s injectors now thinking i will have to go up to ID1000

Keep my walbro 255 pump?

This will be tuned on AEM and i have all my supporting mods as far as wideband, and gauges.

Any idea what kinda of power i could make on a stock F20c on 93?

Thanks guys again this is just and idea i been running through my head. And i know some of you guys run the PLM mani but i dont see a lot of dynos and i get lost when it comes to what size turbo to go with.
My car is street driven on the weekends and to the drag strip a few times a year. So im looking for something thats going to spool fast but still have a good top end for the track.

Thanks!

Do not go with the plm manifold it's a piece of shit.the one I have on my red car has broken 2 times and it's not sch 40 like they advertise, my brms sch 40 manifold is 4 times heavier than the plm, one of the most expensive piece of crap manifolds I've bought.

As for pump gas highest I've seen is in the low 500hp range but I always run e85 because there is a pump literally next door to my shop so I convert everything to run it.

Gt3076r will support over 500hp and IMO the smaller the turbo that will meet your power goals the better, faster spool, funner to drive on the street, still plenty big enough to go pretty deep into the 11s at the track.

But if you have higher goals than low 500s I would go with something a little bigger, it all depends on your ultimate goal with the car

Hope that helps

Is a heavier manifold better? I'm curious

i had a bullseye S256 turbo on my car and it was a great turbo and will get you your target hp. it was also only 850bucks brand new. full boost was around 4500rpms and you will reach 500hp with about 15psi. or you can get the S362 and push your powerband up a little and have more room to grow, and use less psi to reach your goal.

the 35r and 35r turbo's are great as well.

for a manifold i would not bother with PLM. you can save money with just a single wastegate and just get a standard PFab ELT or sheepey hot parts kit and have a great looking manifold and a warranty.

current fuel pump is fine, ID725 may be close. You can switch to ID1000's if you want
