Default Aem 320 e85 pump problem

When it primes its making a horrible vibrating sound. I just checked all my hardlines to see if there was something vibrating but everything looks good. Could my pump be going bad already? Its only been installed and running for a couple days only. Just had it dynoed yesterday and driven tonight.
It sounded fine priming the day before i dropped it off at the shop but now its sounding weird.
its wired up with the sos install kit too.

Where is the sound coming from? May look to make sure the pump is still secure.

it seems to be coming from the pump itself. I didnt pull the pump yet but the 6 bolts or so holding the fuel pump in the tank are still secure. Maybe ill pull the pump tomorrow. When i first installed it the pump would prime and it sounded louder than stock but normal. Now it sounds like something is rattling/vibrating

Pull pump bench test with car battery. U could do like me and put it in fuel but that made a mess lol!
I had to actually verify it was moving fluid as well tho.

Second or so won't hurt nothing. But in that time u should be able to feel if anything is obviously wrong.

Edit: YW!

I had an AEM 320 that crapped out on me on the way to the mountains. It was not a pleasant experience. I am now running a Walbro.

You could always remove and send it to AEM, I know thats a hassle though.

So ive pretty much confirmed the pump is the issue but not sure if its just defective or what. When i pulled the pump everything looked fine. I had let all the fuel drip out the sock filter and out the top. When i primed it, the sound wasnt there. But when i primed it a second time, the sound came back gradually. I think it has something to do with when its filled up with fuel.
the vibrating is so strong i feel it under my feet where the hard lines pass under.

U don't still have the stocker? Throw that in see if the shaking stips, should be good just to idle and or cruise around at least.

U didn't bench test?

With aems track record with just what I have read people receiving their first/initial unit. I would put my bottom dollar on it being the culprit. Somehow I guess most people receive a good one after that lol. Weird but what ever.
