Default AEM EMS 1052 FAILURE TO CONNECT

HEY GUYS IF YOU CAN HELP ME OUT

SO I INSTALLED A FULL GREDDY KIT AND READY TO GO JUST NEED A TUNE
(AEM EMS 1052)

TOOK IT OVER TO THE SHOP TO GET MY BABY TUNED AND AS SOON AS EVERYTHING WAS WIRED UP MY ECU WOULDNT CONNECT. IT KEPT SAYING FAILURE TO CONNECT.

WHAT SHOULD WE DO? I NEED HER ON THE ROAD ASAP.

Select the correct COM port in aem pro. Just google it. Lots of step by step directions listed.

I would be concerned that your tuner couldn't work this issue out.

true i mean he said hes tried everything it just wouldnt connect, (could it be the wire to connect the ecu?)

usb to serial?

i think it was like laptop - usb/serial then another wire connected to that to the aem ems

Are you using AEMtuner? Shift+F2 is the shortcut to bring up the menu.
