Default AEM EMS

I am going to be asking a lot of questions for a bit so please bear with me.

After doing a search for base maps, which all seem to be over a year old, I still have questions.

Is anyone just running the base map on the stock motor?

Is it safe?

Any problems that you have run in to?

I will be turboing my car on Wednesday and heading to the dyno but am getting all the prelim stuff out of the way right now and am stock. Can I drive it for the next couple of days and be ok? I have set the timing, throttle and rev limiters. Went for a short drive and all seems ok from the temp to knock.

Thanks,

Mike

The base map is pretty decent for a stock car. It does need some tweaking, but nothing too bad.

Sounds good. Just give me a call. I won't be around much until mid July, but I'll do whatever I can over e-mail or the phone until then.

Colorado does have a lot of turbo S2000's for a state that requires emissions...
