Default Aem ems cold start up

Had my car tuned in the summer time never have a problem when it's warm but since the car has been sitting for a while putting my new full race manifold on and water meth I can't get the car started to drive down to my tuner. It's about 41 degrees here in Virginia now. I have a omni 4 bar map sensor and injector dynamics 1000cc injectors. Please any help would be appreciated I need to get it on the dyno this Friday 500 or bust if I can get the ca started

hoenstly, if your having trouble starting it, just tow it to the tuner. theres an assload of stuff to mess wiht to make it cold start well. i doubt anyone is gonna be able to tune this over the internetZ.

one thing to try is ask tuner to send you a map that he has tested in cold weather starts. thats what i would do if i couldnt get it to start.

Or you could do like i did and take it to your tuner, tell them the issue, they say they addressed it and it still starts like ass. Ughhhhhh!

My car is rendered useless in the winter as of right now. I can only drive it when the temps are above 45 degrees, or else my battery takes a dump trying to get it started.

Take your plugs out and look at them. How many times have you cranked and cranked this thing over?

My plugs are new so they look pretty much new. I had the car started before with the 1000's but it was about 60 out. It's just when it's < 50 out. When I put my stock inj stock map and ecu in the car fires right away. When the car is warm I put the 1000's in and aem and map in it starts fine. Effin with this aem is makin me hate my car sometimes

I hate the AEM for seasonal changes.

Such a PITA. Hopefully you can get a cold weather and warm weather start MAP. Probably needs more fuel.

i know this is annoying, but honestly its all in the tune. i can start my car in 40-110 degree weather, both cold and hot starts. i havent been in weather below 40, but i dont think its gonna be a problem.

a lot of tweakin now will give many years of trouble free operation in the long run.

ehhh, some tuners just dont care enough. hoenstly, my friend and i messed with mine until i got it to stock like. havent had a problem since minus a broken iacv few months back.
