That's why I asked for a step by step so I can change it for the seasons cause my tuners not gonna be able to come to my house at 7am to tune the cold start it.

there aint a step by step thats for sure.

open aem, go to start up button. tweak that shit and tweak the advanced start up options shit until it starts. then open idle section and advanced idle section and tweak that shit to get it to stay running.

best step by step i can offer.

there is no substitution for trial and error. ask your tuner what he does to get it to run right in normal weather, then do that stuff only while its cold. chances are he aint gonna teach you his craft.

this is prolly the single most reason why aem ems gets a bad rap. poor tuning.

if your tuner is worth a crap he can walk you through getting it right

do you have a wideband in the car?

once its right there is no need to change anything for the seasons.

I'll try messing with the map I just don't like going in aem pro and messing with all the graphs. I'll try to figure it out.

AEM generally needs a lot more fueling in cold weather than the base map from AEM contains. I spent a few weeks tuning mine. Now the car will start in any weather (including below freezing). One thing to watch, generally PC680 batteries struggle to start the car even with proper fueling in cold weather. A battery charger or larger battery may be required.

Timg there was def fuel on the plugs so I put a battery charger on it over night and it started right up the temp here is about 33* or so. Amazing how much more power you need to run the aem than the stock ecu cause the stock ecu will fire even in 30 degree weather without the battery charger. So I'm off to the tuners Saturday and hopefully see you locals at Maryland international raceway if everything is smoothe.

I give mine a little throttle when its cold out and it seems to help it start. I need to adjust mine for cold weather starts but Im not too fluent with the AEM program.

Where in NoVA you at? Im thinking of rolling to MIR this weekend as well.
