AEM EMS Issues
Ok, today's attempt with my trying to fire the car up failed for some reason.
My AEM EMS does not connect nor does it fire the injectors, provide spark, or do anything UNTIL I crank it over.
Before cranking but key turned all the way (12+V power, AEMPro via serial cable, all wiring is correct):
a) Does not connect to AEMPro...says it's offline.
b) Fuel pump does not prime.
c) Boost control solenoid does not click
Once I'm cranking:
a) Connects on the AEMPro (eliminates the possibility of the serial cable being bad)
b) Doesn't spark
c) Doesn't spray fuel
d) Fuel pump is pumping
Stop cranking:
a) Goes offline again
I have version 1.19 loaded. I am going to try going back to 1.11 but I dont see why it wouldn't connect. This AEM EMS used to work fine so I'm hoping it's not a bad unit.

Do you have the injector driver box hooked up? If so, did you intercept the injector signals from the ems and pass them through the P&H box? Also, do you have a good groung to the P&H box?
when we did a k20 ek with ems a few weeks back i had the same issue the ems was not connecting for some reason....
i checked all the basics then i disconnected the battery and the ems and connected the battery back and re laoded the ems again and it worked for some reason....

I just didnt have enough time to check it well enough. I had checked every single fuse under the dash including the ACG and there weren't any blown. Went home and posted it here so I get suggestion on stuff to look for tomorrow since I was tired.
The cause of it was another ACG fuse under the dash. It's a 15amp fuse. No clue why it was blown at all.

Yea except I've come into other issues. My afr stays at 7-8 even though it's lean as can be. The map I have rescaled is extremely lean and I richened it up 13% all across but I don't know where it is at because I cannot see the afr's correctly.
Set the voltage to 3.94v with a 1.28gain with the UEGO unplugged and no luck.
I will admit I didnt spend any time on debugging. I spent almost all of today trying to find out where to dispose of 9 gallons of a year old gasoline.

To check, go to Configure>Units>AFR> and check Gasoline. Sometimes things go quirky when electronically sending maps everywhere.
