I am ready to just get rid of this whole set up anyway! Every time I drive it something breaks. I have put about 900 miles on the car now since the turbo because for every 30min. of drive time I have about 3 hours of labor and a weeks wait to get the parts to fix what ever breaks. I dont have the money, time or patientce for it any more.

I will PM Scorpion. He is a tuner down here.

What breaks everytime you drive?

Scorpion will get a kick out of that! I made fun of there tin foil install and now I am the one that has problems.

Down pipe has broken twice
Dump tube has broken three times
Manifold has cracked twice
Have about a qt. of oil in the charge pipes

I'm all done with this car and with LoveFab!

Holy crap. I knew there were heating issues but i thought the welding was good. If you want to keep it, have a local cryo place treat it. that will relieve the stress, increase the tensile strength, help with heat disipation, and help keep it from breaking.

If not just get it running O.K. and sell the whole car.

You have your pipes nicely ceramic coated which helps a lot. Sorry to hear about your problems and i know Todd at 2NRWERKS would not be happy either. They are good people down there an don't relish in anyone's problems. I'm sure as soon as Scorpion get's on line he will help you. He may even be able you help you with boost creep. I think there was the same problem with the kit they installed.

Ex, send me you're cal file and I'll set the fans for you. Just let me know what temp you want then to go on and off at. If you don't have my email still hit me via PM.

And there aren't any hard feelings about the tin foil Installing it yourself is always easier, if you want thermal coating you get it. Doing an install for a customer is differant, I can't make him get coating I can only make suggestions and then have to work around what he wants.

One more thing, I know you are about ready to drive the car into a lake, but just remember you will always have problems at first. Once you get them worked out you will love the power and all the hiccups tend to disappear.

Scorpion, thanks for helping out. Once I get the car running again I will mess around with the fans. As of right now I have a new manifold that looks like a two year old welded it and a 3" down pipe that doesn't even fit. I could have made my own down pipe by now but why should I have to when I have spent over $10k now? Cody is about two days away from getting bashed on s2ki.com, s2OOOturbo.com and nsxprime.com. I have given him way to many chances now with out saying anything!

here really quick for v1.19 under A/C Options

A/C output request input [Switch #6 Gnd=On]
A/C clutch [LS6]
A/C fan speed [disable]
rad fan [LS8]

Then options/configure output
Output LS8
Set all values so that the switch is always active nad then under the function tab set your temps.

Too Easy

Yeah made fun of my shop and my tech and my tuner but since I have first class guys working for me, they decided to help you out. Hope you get through this and enjoy your car!

Oh, BTW the tin foil was some aerospace composite material that flew off the space shuttle on last launch
