There's your problem.

Mines at 89% but you just want it up there where it'll kick off before WOT. Suprised you have any cold air at all

I hope this isn't a stupid question...you have to set your AC with AEM? Uh oh...if so, I didn't know that.

It's already setup in the basemap bagherra.

Rain H8r, all of your settings are very close to mine. Shouldn't be a problem in the settings. You can watch the parameter to see when your compressor clutch is turning on/off, maybe watch that and see if your compressor is doing what it's supposed to...

Well, two months later and my AC still does not work. I have all the settings back to the basemap settings with no luck. What did you mean by checking the parameter of the compressor? I can see that its spinning with the pulley so I would think the air should be getting colder, but its not. Im doing all my testing while at idle by the way.

Any ideas?

did u verify there is pressure in the lines? when you turn on AC, do you hear clutch engage? do you see revs dip slightly?

if all settings are right in aem, i would lean towards a physical malfunciton on the AC system not to do with the aem ems.

The compressor "clicks" on. The revs change, and nothing...at idle, or sometimes at random points. It worked at cruising speeds on the freeway, but 5 minutes later it tuned off on its own. I think its an electrical issue.
