Default AEM F/IC

Anyone has any experience with it? It's designed specifically to work with DBW ECUs, and it seems that it's way more advanced than VAFC but costs way less than full blown EMS

I thought you were talking about an AEM front mount intercooler till I clicked.

Wow, looks like a pretty interesting product! My interest is piqued...

Any problems with the DBW system and VSA of the 06-07 models?

No - The ecu still maintains control of VSA, Cruise Control, ect.

FI Mods / Chris (Slows2k)

I moved this from Mods and Parts - to here - this is sort of a gray area. If you want move it to UTH feel free, but I thought that there would be more experienced people here regarding the AEM EMS for the DBW

There was a thread on this a while back. Do a search in the FI forum, and you'll find the thread where we all discussed the FI/C. (Sorry, I'd give you the link, but I don't seem to have it bookmarked).

Anyways, it seems that they've gotten it to work on ALL S2Ks, regardless of AP1, AP2, DBW, non-DBW, etc.

Here's a few threads from over at AEM's web board:

The first AEM thread, remarking the problems with installs on the "earlier" S2Ks...good for info:
http://forum.aempower.com/forum/inde...c,20028.0.html

The second AEM thread, detailing their success in getting the F/IC to function properly in an AP1/AP2:
