Default Aem fuel pressure regulator

I'm looking for 2 pressures one at 50-55psi for my stock injectors to drive up to the tuner on stock injectors at zero boost. I also have id1000 injectors that will be going in when I tune on 6lb they call for 90psi. The aem regulator comes with the .100 orifice will this work for poth pressure or will I have to swap to the .150 or .200. Also how many turns did you have to turn screw to increase from 40psi(pressure that it comes out of box) to 50psi just something to go off of. I have a walbro 255 if you need to know.

On a side note what hp should i be expecting on 6lb it's a 60-1 turbo goal is 300hp

What leads you to believe ID1000's need 90psi for 6lbs of boost?

Because I misread the chart so basically will the .100 orifice be sufficient for 50 psi and about how many turns will increase the pressure from 40 to 50 so I have a reference

Let's step back a second. Why do you need a FPR in the first place? 50 psi is only ~7psi up from base pressure with the stock regulator. For 6lbs of boost, an aftermarket regulator is not needed.

You need a fuel pressure gauge to know what pressure your running. You wont be able to count turns and be accurate. If you don't have a gauge just use the oem regulator you'll be fine.
