Default AEM NOVICE

My tuner is out of town until after the first of the year in europe and after the last tune i have uncovered a stuttering problem when i first try to take off. He messed around with the idles alot last time and i think he just got them set to low. When I first try to take off the car stutters untill you reach about 1800-2000 rpms and then it is fine. it is almost like as if your not letting the clutch out right and not giving it enough gas in a usual car. I myself have some knowledge of the aem system but not enough to go after it alone any one willing to help? All I really need is some one that is a cert tuner to give me a call and kinda walk me through the process. If any one is willing to help please do so.

Thanks

Also will the air temp have a major effect on this problem when it got tuned last it was about 65 degrees and it is now in the low to mid 30s.
