Default AEM 1012 Help

Hi everyone,

My car has been supercharged with a Vortech Kit, RC 650cc, 9-10psi pulley, Sard FPR. I have an AEM 1012 with an AEM UEGO gauge and base map from another S/C'd car however the tuner is having some difficulties with the AEM (they are pretty rare here in Ireland).

Can anyone help with the following.

1. The EMS doesn't seem to be able to see the UEGO despite the guage working and outputting voltage.
2. Changes to the tables take a very long time to update the EMS.
3. Changes to fueling seems to only be possible in whole numbers (no decimals)

At the minute the base map i have wouldn't even idle until they disabled the UEGO, now they have the idle sorted it runs extremely rich then dies once revved.

Can anyone help with another map or help answer my questions.

Thanks,

Chris

Since no one chimed in so far why not just give AEM a call? They are pretty good with helping people out with their products.

i can help with #1. i have the 1012EMS and PLX M300 wideband. The O2 #1 driver was bad and i had to use O2 sensor #2. after calibrating it, the EMS reads the exact a/f as the M300 wideband.
