Default AEM Series 2

I decided to start this thread to start and get questions answered about the new Series 2 comming out since no one has even mentioned it.

Here are some links I have found on it so far.

I called AEM to try and answer my questions by Voicemails seem to be rampant!!

Mine were, does this utilize the factory sensors in the aspect that we can now get a CEL if something goes wrong as the series 1 does not? It says uses all factroy sensors... but will there be a CEL?

Oh ya, and from the Q&A from the guy at AEM, price should be around the same boat, so no need to scoop up and old Series 1 now. Im just hoping the oem cel will work so I can scratch goin KPro.

I have been curious as to why AEM absolutely refuses to make any OBD2 compiant EMS?! I know wed all buy one... But im sure its not OBD2 compliant because it would have been a marketing point and its not, so most likely no CEL.

But the works of this does explain so many hot deals on the series 1 ems's layin around.

Using factory sensors means..... it uses factory sensors.

There is no correlation between this and CELs or OBD2.

i have to agree I don't see this coming out soon. AEM works very very slowly. I would think they would want to get AEM Tuner software well past beta, so that could be your guide.
