Default AEM Series 2 ems!

http://www.aempower.com/ViewCategory...CategoryID=346

Going to be one of the 1st to get tuned with this new EMS.

My car is currently sponsered by AEM. They have set me up with this new ems as a test dummy. (lucky me)

Their going to send two engineers to Churchs to dyno tune my car, im pretty pumped.

this new ems also makes your temp guage work

Ill let you guys know how i do,

If you have any questions or want me to find anything out please post and i will take all of your questions with me!!

Josser, no.

It's an update of the existing AEM with a faster processor, USB connection, and apparently ability to drive the temp gauge.

ARRRGG! if they are going to come out with an updaed EMS why not make it OBD2 compatible?? I want one, but not going to go through the trouble of swapping out ECU, injectorrs and whatever else to pass inspection every year in NC. All I need is for them to be able to plug into that OBD2 port and say that there are now codes and that is the biggest thing. Not as bad as Cali, but it's bad enough!

ODBII is important to you, but totally irrelevant to 90% of the world.

It is 'feedback for dummies' and unless it is part of some government mandated emissions criteria it is totally useless to tuners that know what they are doing.

Personally I'd love to see an add-on that would take the telemetry from the AEM and produce OBDII codes. But I wouldn't buy it.
