Water Methanol Injection is a process by which a mixture of water and Methanol are injected into the fuel/air mixture on the way to the combustion chamber.
I have acquired this system for my car. It is very easy to install and got it tuned by my regular tuner Bisi @ bisimoto.

Mods:
comtech s/c
Rc 750cc
Skunk 70 mm TB
MEGAN 4-2-1 headers
spearco front mount + Comptech aftercooler


The water/meth mixture was 50/50 Distilled water and VpM1 pure methanol.
The biggest aem injector was used from the kit.
Initial start for the meth is at 7psi about 7300 rpm all the way to 14psi


I have maintained my car with the same setup/mods from the last tuned it with the 63mm exhaust.

The timing was advanced by 3 degrees and fuel was modified to keep the ideal a/f ratio.

Hot day out @88 F
the red one @ 84 was from the 63mm test!


boost was maintained the same !


Purple is the new one @ 424whp and 246 wtq
Red is the old one @ 405whp and 239 wtq





Final word!

Its a fairly easy install, very simple to maintain and cheap to run!
Turbo guys will benefit even more than s/c guys!
If I had a bigger s/c more gains will be seen !
the kit was ~$350 and ~$200 to tune.
$550 for 19whp and 7wtq gain

Nice numbers. But everyone gets the AEM meth kit because its cheaper, but I wonder how well the 500+ kits do like Perrin.

Im starting to wonder if maybe meth with stock CR would get me in the 16psi range and 500whp with 93 octane. Race gas is expensive!!! Hmm....350 for the meth kit seems really not too bad and since I run AEM it would work well Im sure. You have install pics? Good results!

dude how big of a blower do you got? How come it takes 7300 rpm to hit 7lbs?

Something dont seem right or maybe i just dont know what im talking about but shouldnt you be at full boost at 7300rpm? Either way I would have the water meth kick with vtec IMO
