thats basically the same a/f on my setup with aem wideband. cruising around off boost i see between 13-15. at a stop my readings are --- because i think aem only reads up to 17.
Full boost pedal to the metal i see 11.8-12.0 and once in awhile it goes as high as 12.5..hope this helps
did you ever find the problem? I had the EXACT SAME problems you described when I had my ac ctsc. I bought it used, and intalled a used walbro fuel pump. turns out, the pump was bad. I bought and installed a new one, and the lean issues went away!

That's good to know about the fuel pump.
But since this last post, I've resolved the issue by upgrading to Kpro and larger fuel injectors with a good conservative tune.
They said they tried to adjust the FPR to make it as rich as possible but it wouldn't bring the AFR into acceptable levels. After about 5K it will go too lean.
I'm at stock boost with an aftercooler and Comptech exhaust. Should I look into getting a new fuel pump?
New fuel walbro fuel pump or its possible that the voltage is dropping at the fuel pump - entirely possible due to a weak ground thus the fuel pump doesn't get enough juice/voltage and is unable to provide enough fuel when working hard.
This happened to me, i had to take wires from the battery, wire in a relay to the fuel pump and the problem went away - easy to check just use a multimeter on the fuel pump + and - connections and check the voltage it should be in the ~13.4v range.
