Default Alloy Craft Pvc catch can-- for boosted S2k's

Trying to get a feel if there would be interest in a pvc catch can setup like in the diagrams below. This version of our catch can would let you retain your stock pvc system as well as function as a crank case vent while the cars intake manifold is under full boost. On top of this it would allow you to keep the cruise module and also have the option of a radiator coolant reservoir. Below is a picture of our NA catch can, the new one would mount in the same spot.

The reason I think this could be useful is that you retain the advantages of having fresh air scavenge blow by gasses in your crank case during idle or no boost driving. And still be able to vent your blow by through a catch can while under boost. For those who don’t know the pvc system helps prevent blow by gasses from contaminating your oil as well as evacuate the corrosive gasses back into the combustion chamber and out the exhaust.

And for those people who just want to run 2 #8 or #10 -AN valve cover vents this would also work for that.

In this diagram it shows how the system would work while the car was operating out of boost

This diagram shows the cylinder blow by gasses escaping through the catch can while boost pressure would seal off the manifold from the catch can.

Here is a photo of what the can would look like, also if people wanted we could offer these without the coolant reservoir for those who’s intercooler piping comes in through the headlight access hole. Pricing on the version as pictured would be in the upper $300's. Pricing without the coolant can would be cheaper, around the low $300 mark.

I like that. It seems very well thought out!

I'd be down for one. What is the turn around time? I have an 06 so cruise control mounting option is not required.

Yes the can sits in the spot the cruise module used to be, so it is relocated to the catch can mounting bracket.
