Default Another help while Installing a turbo...

OK, I recently bought a Used UR kit, so I got it rebuild to be safe.....now here is the problem... When I was taking the turbo off the manifold to be rebuild there was a bolt that I couldn't get get off from the turbo like it was unscrewed but there wasn't space to get it out of the hole, so I decided to send it like that....well now I got it back and they gave me the bolts, fittings and gaskets in a bag....so now I can't put the bolt in place to bolt it up to the manifold, I was wondering if there was a way that I could unbolt the Compressor Housing without messing it up....this place is about an hour from me and I was planning on tuning it this coming week....any input will be appreciated, Thanks

Here is some pics of what I'm taking about....is the right far hole, close to the oil feed fitting...

You have to clock the turbo. Loosen the bolts that hold the center housing to the turbine case and rotate it out of the way. After you secure the turbo to the manifold, rotate it back into the correct position and tighten the bolts.

someone should tell him to make sure the oil feed and drain are in the right position. oil feed pointed up, drain pointed down(gravity fed)

You don't have to take them out. Just loosen all of them and rotate the housing.
