Too late but that would have been a good suggestion. Push the blower all the way forward, put on intake tube, push back to level with the crank pullety. That tube is so malleable that I almost bet you could put it on the TB with a tight clamp and try mounting the blower with it on. We got it on but it was not easy. That thing does not collapse when sucking in all kinds of air, huh? Its rigid enough? Must be since no one has mentioned it, and Camuman is sucking 350 hp worth of air through it.

After looking at the diagrams for the routing of the vaccum hoses, I put the one off the Moss to the actuator. Used the T fitting on the hose to the MAP to run my boost guage and left off the vaccum distribution block. I bought a 3/8's plumbing/gas pipe plug and put it in the TB and removed the 90 hose barb.

The dealer is supposed to have my sensor by 9 am tomorrow. I hope to be running by early afternoon.

And thanks to my friends Eric and Greg for lending a couple hours today.

Mark has a Mugen AP2 header
Roy has a J's

I think Vader will be the first with an OEM header. He might can confirm.

Don't know much about HKS exhaust.

Waiting for Mark to provide engineering data in 3...2...1...

Today's lack of progress:

It's mostly done. I called the local Honda dealer to order the sensor I broke, "It will be here by 9 am tomorrow." No it wasn't. Try next Wednesday, the closest one is in a warehouse in California. The sensor itself has cracked plastic and it is a two wire sensor that is holding together barely but the connections seem to be fine as far as I can tell. I wrapped it with electrical tape and would give it a try until the other one gets here but thats only problem one.

Needed another hex bit to get the idle pulley on. Went to Home Depot #1. We're out of those. Went to Menards #1, "We're out of those", Home Depot #2 "Sorry", And Menard's #2. Bingo!

Trying to finish the wiring for the pump and fan, no fuse tap. Go to Napa #1 "Here is the spot on the rack but we are out of those." O'reilly Auto Parts, "Nope", then some other chain "Sorry", and NAPA #2, "We're out. We can order one and have it here by 5 pm."

I have driven about 150 miles today looking for stuff without much luck. Everything is now done. Just need to get a fuse tap and maybe replace that sensor when it arrives next week if the current one throws a cel.

A fuse tap try wall-mart or a local stereo/alarm install shop.

The closest wallmart is about 15 miles from me, its just a wasted day. I will get the fuse tap this evening and try tomorrow.

On another note, I tried 2 different bits manufaturers allen wrench bits to get the idler pulley on but there is just not enough clearance. If I had a slim breaker bar perhaps, but with the minimal clearance that should really be changed to a hex head bolt, it would just be so much easier. Both of the 8mm allen sockets I have now are a couple inches long so the only way to do it was with an old L shaped allen wrench and who knows what kind of torque is applied with that thing.
