Another Turbo S2K on FiRE!
I didn't make it to this first event, but I really need to go to the next one. Looked like there were lots of nice S2000's there, plus many other nice cars.
And besides, I missed this turbo S2000 burning up the track! Heard his oil feed line came loose and everything started to catch fire. I always said to myself, when i go turbo, everything needs to be relocated that was on the hot side of the motor.
The good new, this was at Track event, so staff had fire extinguisher on site. I would assume if this happen on the streets the whole car would have burned down.

If he pulled his hood for the fire people while he got out im sure the damage would be ALOT less...
My oil feed line also has the habit of vibrating loose. So i put a sawed off wrench over it to prevent it from coming off..
Might be wise to use high temp tread locker on those parts.

I understand that some things are just "parts of a kit" but there is no reason that turbo oil and coolant lines can't all have AN fittings, braided hoses, and heat shield wrap. Ya, it will cost you an extra $200 but damn... that engine bay is toast...
