I have a built motor with a custom UR turbo kit. T3/60-1 turbo, street tuned with Tec 3. I am running 21.5 psi and on a land a sea dyno putting down 368.2whp at 8500rpm? Where is all the HP?

 

it is kind of hard to determine the concerns with such limited information. It is imperative you give some details on "built", what compression and details of what was changed in the motor?

was there any datlogging done? Did the car hold the boost across the passes? Can you provide some dyno plots? Are you able to show us some of the maps to review the changes made in fuel and timing? there are many other questions but we can begin there....

At that boost levels you should be well over 500rwhp...the 368.2 actually seems to be your tq.
