Default Any weekend warriors run racegas only?

Just curious if anyone runs Race Gas only tune on their boosted s2k

I only drive mine on the weekends for small meets/cruises, occassional races, nothing crazy.. I think the going price for race gas around here is like 11-12 bux a gallon vs 4.60 for 93 right now. SMH!

Not yet but once the car gets to running order and a tune I will be running Q16 on the weekends.

Yea I figured you'd want to be on the list Siadam lol

Now 93 is at like 4.70 here... I am thinking of going through with it and running Race Gas only.

You don't want the race gas to sit in your tank to long. It will rott it out over time if left inside it for long periods.

race gas won't lose octane value for 4 months or more. my tuner says 6 months or so. I run c16 only in my car, although once this oil pump gets installed I am going to go back for a pump tune. I have been race gas only for about 3 years. 70 bucks a pail gets pricey though.

Keep it in the closed drum and you will use it before it ever goes bad. A drum lasts us a season and a half usually which is roughly 16 months. No problems.

12 bucks a gallon? No thanks hah

Don't need the extra horsepower on the street vs double to triple the cost of gas
