Just run a datalog.
360 on a low reading dyno i would say is good on 91 octane. (On that kit) The dyno is just a tool. Have you "raced" anyone. R u happy with it?
If anything (get the tools first to do it proper) but re wire and in tank upgrade fpr IF datalog proves she running close to max DC. I just remember doing all that and then watching makima808 get tuned with just injectors and pump lol and i was like wtf lol
i feel like i had this discussion with another guy with a ctsc on 91 and tuner was saying he was out of fuel lol bellow the 400 mark. Just does not make sense, but i have not seen a bunch of SC builds and fuel problems with them.

Last night I ran a 5.0 mustange that was reving threw the parking lot with straight pipes. Lined up in 2nd and pulled about 2.5 - 3 lengths on him at the top of 4th. It feels solid
