Default AP1 Greddy Turbo Kit Tuned

so i went from 271whp to 230whp @ ~7.5psi after a retune with the PFAB replacement manifold. Other mods are TIR Dual 70MM w/ 70MM Test pipe with AEM EMS 1052. I did a compression check to check the overall health of the motor (114k) and the numbers came out fine. any ideas why i lost power? it looks like i lose power at vtec? the tuner recomments a boost controller and a bigger exhaust, but ive seen other greddy graphs that make more power than this.

1. Move vtec higher. 2. Increase the boost using a boost controller. 3. New tuner.

Did you log the boost pressure? Where are you getting this tuned?

Tuner sucks, you pay them to know the car and set up your tuning with. Everyone knows (including myself and I dont even run a turbo) that a greddy with a Pfab/log manifold needs a higher then stock vtec engagement to keep power from dropping off, and continue to pull the proper numbers at the top.

i don't think its the tuner, here is my dyno graph from the same tuner. you might want to check the turbo, it probably has over 25k+ miles on it

turbo is fine. we checked it out when we replaced the greddy manifold with the pfab one. looking at your graph more closely this time. are you supposed be losing ~20hp at vtec?
